An 85 year old retired JKR Engineer, Edward Cheah, was inspired and encouraged to clinch the UEL MBA! Edward shared his key to success by “discipline, a strong determination and perseverance”. He was awarded the MBA and a Special Lifetime Achievement Award. Edward has proven that age is no barrier to pursue higher education!

UEL MBA Programme Recognition

MQA Accreditation:

Whether an MBA Programme is accredited by MQA (LAN)?

Steps:

1. Access - www.mqa.gov.my (please click English version)

2. Click on MQR (Malaysian Qualifications Register)

3. Go to "Search for Qualifications"and select "List of Qualifications - Private Institutions"

4. Type in the Institute name : For example : WIM College and click Search

5. Under Search result, click Detail

6. You will then receive the full information of the MBA Programme which is fully accredited

JPA / PSD Recognition:

Whether an MBA Programme is recognised by JPA (Public Service Department)?
Steps:

1. Access -http://www.interactive.jpa.gov.my/webinteraktif/frmMainIktiraf.asp

2. Select Country - Malaysia

3. Type in the Institute name : For example : Kolej WIM and click Search

4. You will then get the results

5. Click on the "?" icon and you will then receive the full information of the MBA Programme and the Institute which is fully recognised by JPA
